The first international fair of the child's book and culture is held
under supervision of Ministry of Culture and Information which
is expected to be opened by His Royal Highness Prince Salam
Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in Riyadh city, on Monday 10/10/2011G
to 14/10/2011G corresponding 12/11/1432H to 16/11/1432H at
King Fahad Cultural center.
The fair is an international event in which local and global
publishing houses, the writers of child's book and literature are
met at the local and international level, to make place before the
publishers to exchange the information and communicate with
the pioneers of books world. Also the fair provides all things the
publisher needs to show his products in a high quality
competition in the paper and electronic markets of child culture,
at the exhibition, all expected services are found to make the fair
is a high level to match the similar specialized international
exhibitions to be unique because it is the first international fair
which seek the children section as a main mass at the level of
the Arab world as educational cultural events and theatrical and
spectaculars shows. It is expected that the fair will record more
than 3.000.000 visitors over its five days.

It is expected that the fair will collect the most modern products
and publications of the most famous international and Arabic
houses guided for the child whether literary, educational or
cultural publications, in addition to the educational books and
the training evidences for the teachers and educators, which are
distributed on more than 500 internal and external showrooms.
The international book fair for child is distinguished by
associated rich cultural program through the duration of fair It
include the theatrical and revue shows, in addition to the
directed lectures and workshops for children, citizens and
specialists in the field of child's literature industry, which
contribute to attract large number of visitors for the fair
significantly.
Book Fair

and stories, besides the cultural books, patrols, educational
curricula and encyclopedias.
Toddlers Books Wing: the fair includes area of toddlers' books
and games from birth until 3 years.
The teaching methods, intelligence games and internet: At

one place to show the new and special thing in them.

The Organizing Committee of the fair provides discounts and
private offers for all participators in the fair with respect to:

Visas: Entry visa is provided to the participated
representatives of publishing houses in the fair provided
that their data will reach fully in the representatives'
forms not later than 15/8/2011, please note that each
participator in 9 m, has only, one visa.

Special prices for shipping, transportation, hotels and
rent cars nevertheless the orders are submitted on
10/9/2011G.

The lectures & seminars and workshops:
Some educational lectures and workshops are held on the
sidelines of the fair.
 The representative exhibitor for the participated authority
must be qualified to manage the wing ,and,must be an
effective person in managing the fair, he must attend in his
wing at least the fair permanently before the fair open, for
the mass in quarter of an hour, through all the fair days.
 The exhibitor must return the after the exhibitor will be
finished, in good cond ition and exhibitor undertake the
costs of repairing any damages to the wing or any part of
it.
The Selling system:
- Saudi Riyal is the certified currency for the selling in the
fair.
- The participated authorities must put price list on each
specified book in Saudi Riyal.
- The selling invoice must be edited from one original copy
for buyer copiesand one copy is found with the exhibitors,
while the third copy is sent to the fair management. Any
issue isn’t entitled to go out from the fair's hall without
selling the invoice.

- The fair committee is entitled to refuse any participation
application of any publishing house without giving reasons
and without any responsibility.

Penalties and breaches
* The organized committee has the right in reserving the books
and print matters without return whatever its number in the
following cases:
1. To show books or prints without authorized permission from
at the exhibit out horitives .
2. Not mentioned in print matters list that would sent by the
exhibitor.
3. The exhibitor manipulating in the prices.
Notes and important dates:
1- The ministry of culture and information will undertake this
event and the general supervision on it.
2- The participated circumstances in the fair will provide the
fair administration by a list of its print matters and also its
empowered it that will be participate in the fair. Filling of :
