2. Marketing and promotion of the Travel Agent in close co-ordination with the
management.
3. Assist City Foreign Workers Recruitment Agent as and when required.
However, he shall be under probation period for duration of 6 (Six) months after which, his salary
shall be incremented based upon his work performance and ethics. It’s also hereby informed and
agreed that, he shall assist and arrange to work for City Foreign Workers Recruitment Agency
when there isn’t guests visiting Bhutan through this agent. In the event of not abiding by the
official code of conduct during his probation period, the management may, at any time, terminate
his services with or without notice.

Rates for 2014 (In USD)
The minimum tariff for tourist visiting in a group of 3 persons or more is as follows (per
person per night):
Jan, Feb, June, July, Aug & Dec (low seasons): USD 200 per person per night
Mar, Apr, May, Sept, Oct & Nov (high seasons): 250 per person per night
The per night cost is same for Cultural Tours, Treks or any other Special Interest Tours.
These minimum daily rates are inclusive of following services :
i) Accommodation in standard hotels, approved by Tourism Council of Bhutan
ii) All transfers and sightseeing within Bhutan
iii) services of accompanied English speaking guide

With humility, we would like to humbly inform your good office that we had planned of opening a Travel
Agent in the southern part of the kingdom, which would be of interest to the tourists visiting Bhutan via
India. Hence, we are able to open it and also been able to get a valid License for the same, which is just 3
(three) months as of now. The office is located in the main town of Samdrup Jongkhar that best suits the
travelers in fulfilling their shopping requirements. Within these three months period, we have fully set up
the office with internet connection in all the computers available. There are a total of 5 (five) active
employees at the moment.
However, as we couldn’t manage to get a proper office building, we couldn’t do the registration with your
good office immediately. Now, the office is fully setup and, since we have a group visiting Bhutan via India
