Bulwell Forest Action Group Health Walks in Spring 2013 Why not join us for a walk in Bulwell and the surrounding area? Our led walks offer you the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, improve your health and get to know your local area! The walks are free and everybody is welcome! So come along and meet our walk leaders Heather, Daphne, Tony, Malcolm and Bill! You can join one of our health walks with a different route available in each week (please see our events calendar for details), or join our Bulwell Forest signature walk available every week (our signature walk route passes through Bulwell Forest, Moorbridge, Bestwood and finishes at the Country Park/Bulwell Park. There are plenty of small steps you can take to improve your health and to help you on your way to a longer, happier and more independent life. Some of the walks in this programme require the use of public transport and the use of your City card if you have one. Please dress sensibly for the weather and wear flat, comfortable footwear and bring a bottle of water. Bulwell Forest Walking Group is also affiliated to Walking for Health England and AgeUK Best Foot Forward and Fit as a Fiddle programme.
