Dee Compton – Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick Fever
I've recently been bombarded with the question of, "Why are YOU taking Plexus?" followed with, "You
don't need to lose any weight", so I felt like I owed all of you any explanation as to why I began taking
Plexus Slim and even became an Ambassador. Furthermore, I've noticed that many people on my
friends list complain about all of the Plexus ads and testimonials. Here's my story...
In June 2012, I became infected by a tick-borne disease called Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick Fever. I
went to multiple internal medicine doctors and infectious disease doctors to overcome the illness. I
was prescribed round after round of antibiotics for four straight months. I thought Doxycycline was
going to be the death of me. Nothing worked. Due to the tick fever, I had migraines on a weekly basis
and I NEVER lost the fever (99.6 or higher every day for nearly 2 years). From that point, my health
gradually began to decline. In October 2012, I had my first of 5 surgeries and a countless number of
other procedures from then until February 2014.
I knew I had to make a healthy lifestyle change. I watched many of my friends advertise about Plexus
Slim and always thought it was only for weight loss. That's the first wrong assumption. Plexus Slim is so
much more than a weight loss supplement. It has been the stepping stone to the beginning of my
healthy life.
I began taking Plexus Slim two weeks ago. For the first time in nearly two years, I DO NOT HAVE A
FEVER and I have not had a migraine in these two weeks. This is truly a miracle. I am still in disbelief.
So to all of my friends complaining about the Plexus posts, I'm sorry I'm not sorry for feeling so inspired
and motivated to share and spread the wealth of knowledge!!! Thank you, Heidi Speer, for posting so
many Plexus ads and testimonials over the past year! Your hard work has definitely paid off and I'm
thankful for your dedication and motivation!
I'm posting this on the MS and Autoimmune Disease page because they share so many of the same
symptoms. In fact, my internal medicine doctor believed I had Lupus before I tested positive for the
tick disease. Since the age of 11 years old, I have had chronic mononucleosis. Though it may not be as
severe as MS or an autoimmune disease, I know what it feels like to be constantly sick and in pain. I
hope Plexus helps you as much as it has helped me.
Lorena Fuss – Issues stemming from Hemorrhagic Strokes
Alright, I am being told that I must post my testimonial, so hear goes. About 3 years ago I began
suffering hemorrhagic strokes. Each of those strokes affected a different part of my brain. The last
stroke was 3 months ago and affected the Hippocampus which affects the consolidation of information
from short term to long term memory and spatial navigation. I was told this was the most minor stroke
I had suffered to date, but it felt like the worst. I was unable to remember the simplest information
and was not retaining most of the new information. I was told I should go back to work immediately to
get my brain working so I did, but had a difficult time remembering anything which made my job
incredibly difficult since I work as a server. Shortly after the stroke I was introduced to Plexus Slim.
The first thing I noticed was my energy level, prior to taking Plexus I had a hard time making it through
the day without taking naps, now I not only do not need naps, I wake up at 4 or 5 am on my own
without an alarm. I work 8-9 hours on my feet all day and then most days I come home to care for my 3
year old grandson while his mother is at work and let me tell you he is a bundle of energy. Not only do I
have a ton of energy, but my brain function has improved dramatically. I still have minor memory
problems but they are improving daily. I no longer take my blood pressure medicine and I feel better
than I have in years. I thank God that I was introduced to Plexus and I intend to use some of their other
products. Right now, I am taking the Nerve Health for the Neuropathy in my left foot and so far the
tingling sensation in my foot in lessening. Before taking the nerve health, the tingling in my foot was
painful and I was unable to walk on wood floors or tile floors without suffering pain. Now I can walk
barefoot with minimal pain. I will keep you posted on the Neuropathy. I think everybody could benefit
from taking Plexus and can't wait to see where this will take me! Oh yeah I almost forgot I also lost
over 15" and seven pounds!!!

My story goes back so far it's hard to know where to start. I have had Asthma and Allergies all of my
life. But it never slowed me down. I'm blessed with an awesome family. I graduated from high school
very young, married the love of my life, and had 2 beautiful children. In May 2001 my life changed. My
son passed over from a brain aneurism. I got really depressed, gained about 80-90 lbs. and not only
thought my life was over but wished it was over. It took me months to decide to start living again,
praying for God to give me a reason to want to live, to find a purpose again.
By then my asthma was horrible from all the weight gain, which caused many, many treatments of
steroids. The fibromyalgia, the insomnia, the restless legs syndrome, I had so many problems I didn't
know where to turn. I went up and down with the weight gain.
In 2008 I was hospitalized for a severe asthma attack and was given such massive doses of steroids that
I gain 52 lbs. in 5 days. My system totally changed. I had severe digestive issues, bowel problems, pain,
and depression from the weight gain. I developed rheumatoid arthritis. In October, 2010 I had rotator
cuff surgery after the surgery, osteoarthritis set in my neck and shoulders AND I WAS TOTALLY
DEPRESSED
. I suffered with these issues THEN SOMETHING AMAZING HAPPENED. I met Joy, who changed my life.
She told me about Plexus in June, 2011. This stuff was going to help me lose weight. SHE SAID....WHAT

Elizabeth Almanza – Chiari Malformation
Back in 2003 I was diagnosed with Type 2 Arnold Chiari Malformation. Chiari Malformation is an
abnormality in the cerebellum of the brain, which the cerebellum extends down into the upper spinal
canal. Since I was a little girl I suffered from migraines. Never able to wear pony tails or headbands
(keep in mind I've been playing soccer since I was 5 years old). At that time my neurologist said to me "
Don't worry about this many people have it and don't know it, just live your life normally"- so I did. I
was always in and out of doctors offices to have pain medication through IV. All of my life I was on
every migraine medication that you could think of. Even medications to prevent them "Never worked".
On May 4 2012 I had decompression surgery due to losing feeling from head to toes on my entire right
side of my body. I lost feeling after head butting a ball during a soccer game. I regained feeling, but
developed a tingly feeling that would come and go. My migraines were still horrible!! I was suffering
migraines on a daily basis.
I noticed I was unable to move my neck properly (side to side, up and down). In August of 2012 I
needed to have a VP Shunt placed because I was developing lots of fluid in my brain. I was having 3-4
appointments a week for spinal taps to relieve pressure. After both surgeries I was on pain medication,
nausea, anxiety, depression, CPAP machine, muscle relaxers, migraine medication, I was constantly
sick. I had no life! Unable to work and do things with my family. At this point I gained 35 to 40 pounds.
I had seen people post on Facebook about Plexus. I was very skeptical about the products, until

For those of you that do not know, my husband & both of my children have a muscular dystrophy
disease (CMT) that causes muscle loss in their hands & feet. They are in constant pain. Currently, there

Tawnya Taylor - POTS
My daughter was diagnosed with POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) in March of last
year. She has suffered from migraines since she was 9 years old. In November of 2011 she got a 10
on a 10 scale migraine that never went away!... 5 months of ER visits, numerous shots and meds
and a week stay in the children's hospital with every test they could run did nothing! She could not
function! After a last ditch effort they did a tilt table test on her and finally got a diagnosis. She
could not get out of bed before noon, ever! She missed more school than she attended. Her hands

Lisa Forman – Sjogrens Syndrome
I had been diagnosed with Scleroderma, which is a rare disease that can harden the skin and organs,
extremely serious.
Over the last 13 years I had been diagnosed with 3 autoimmune diseases: Sjogrens’ Syndrome,
Scleroderma with CREST, & Lupus Anticoagulant Disorder. I am a wife and mom of 3 children. At the
time of these diagnoses my children were all school-age children so that made my life extremely
difficult! I had to quit my job of being a Barber to spend the majority of my days in bed. I tried hiding
my symptoms. I would attempt to put on a smile and look “normal” even though inside I was very, very
sick. I was extremely fatigued, lived in pain every single day. I had digestive issues, thyroid problems,
female problems, my body temperature couldn’t adjust from hot to cold. I was plagued with weakness
and stiffness to where I couldn’t climb stairs, or anything else that required energy. Even simple things
like taking a shower would exhaust me. I couldn’t sleep at night even when taking prescription sleep
medicines. I gained a lot of weight during this time. Sadly, my skin was hardening from the
Scleroderma. I remember times that the nurse would try to stick a needle in my skin and it would just

5 month update...
"I have now lost 44 pounds, 63", was in a size 20 pants, now in sizes 10 &12's!!! I am still off of

disease is 90% better. On most days I have ZERO pain, but rainy, cold days I have some pain, but it is

Gabby Myers Yehle – Lyme Disease
I have been asked to share my story and WRITE IT DOWN! So, here you go… In 2002 I was going along in
my life happily. I was working 60+ hours a week managing a bar at a golf course in Trempealeau, WI
and going to school for massage therapy. My boyfriend of 4 years lived in Minneapolis and I was
traveling to see him just about every weekend. I was super excited about my life and was on just the
path that I had dreamed of. It is funny how quickly your dreams can be dashed. Funny symptoms in my
health began to pop up and I was confused about what was happening. I was so tired all the time,
exhausted as a matter of fact. I felt as though I had the flu and could hardly get out of bed. My body
felt like I was beaten up with a baseball bat. This would go on for a week and then I’d feel a little
better only to crash again the following week. It began to really scare me. This lasted for about two
years, all the while my body developed many other odd problems. My right foot seemed to drag when I
walked. Also, I would experience huge spasms in my arms and legs that I couldn’t control. They would
be intermittent at first only to turn into a daily occurrence later on. I had been searching for answers
with doctors only to find them difficult to come by. They were as baffled as I was.
By this time, I had finished school, moved to Minneapolis and lived with my boyfriend. I had a job as a
massage therapist in downtown Minneapolis and was very excited as this is exactly where I wanted to
be and doing what I wanted to do. One day, however, my body disagreed strongly. I was giving a
massage to someone when my hands began to shake uncontrollably. He asked, “Are you alright?” I said
that I wasn’t and I had to leave work then and there. I never went back. Not too long after that, I had
to file for disability because things became much worse. Brain fog, anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue,
hardly being able to walk much less talk was the reality of my life now. A long process of filing for
disability followed. Tons and tons of doctors’ appointments were made. I was misdiagnosed with MS for
a while. I also was told I had a social anxiety disorder which is hilarious because I’m a very social
person. One of the more interesting diagnosis suggested was Tourette’s syndrome.
All the medications prescribed to me and therapies I was given, none of them helped and things just
got worse and worse. My relationship with a man that I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life
with was gone, likewise was my home. I had no job, no place to live and the one person I counted on
wasn’t there for me anymore. Times were about the lowest I could ever imagine. I moved back to
Wisconsin to live with my brother in the fall of 2004. While I was there, a friend recommended I see a
Lyme literate doctor. I had two Lyme tests done prior to my visit with her which came out negative.
There was little hope inside me that this was the answer. However, as soon as I walked into the door,
the doctor took one look at me and said that she knew I had Lyme disease and that it was pretty
advanced. She did more precise blood work and clinical evaluations that all proved late stage Lyme
disease. I was started on oral antibiotics in Dec. 2004 which helped with my brain right away, but little
to take effect on my body. A month later I had a PICC line inserted into my left arm where I
administered 3 rounds of IV antibiotics a day for a year. This was my life for the next decade… my job
to rest and get better but it was terribly long process. Anyone who knows about Chronic or Late stage
Lyme knows that it is extremely hard to get rid of, if you ever do.
Fast forward to 9 years later and I’m sitting on the deck with a friend of mine, Tonya Stuart, talking
about Plexus. I had come a long way with my treatment of Lyme but still was classified as disabled and
continued to have pain and fatigue as well as other neurological symptoms. I remember so clearly
about Tonya being excited about the products but the business as well. I was only interested in the
products at that time as I would try anything to make me feel better. The list included many
medications as well as natural remedies. Nothing ever made that much difference in my life until
Plexus. I ordered a 7 day trial and by day 3 I knew that it was something that I never wanted to be
without. I signed up as an Ambassador to get the products wholesale. Never did I intend to sell the
products much less tell anyone about them. I had this great fear of it not working and didn’t want to
tell my friends or family about something that wouldn’t work or might be harmful/cause bad side
effects. So, for two months I took Slim and Accelerator just as I was supposed to. In the first week I
lost 7 lbs.! I had more energy than I ever remember having and I also was pretty much pain free. With
the Lyme I had terrible joint and surround pain. There were times my teeth hurt and my hair hurt to
touch. I always ached and got worse when the weather changed. I remember clearly thinking that it
was the middle of July and hot and humid outside and I couldn’t believe my pain was gone! Of course
with the success with the Slim and Accelerator, I wanted to know how good I could really feel so added
the ProBio5, BioCleanse and XFactor. WOW! WOW! WOW! That is when I went from appreciating the
products to a firm believer in their effectiveness.
I know I had a bad Candida problem because of poor eating habits and being on and off antibiotics for
years and years and believe that was contributing greatly to my poor health. I began to exercise again
and eventually was walking 2.5 miles with plenty of energy to spare. My food choices became healthier
as I no longer craved sugar, baked goods, pop, carbs, candies… nothing! It is quite unbelievable that my
brain would actually signal “stop” when I was full and I could push away the rest of the food on my
plate with no qualms whatsoever. With all the wonderful changes happening to me, people began to
notice and I began to share my story. It wasn’t until Tonya came to me one day and we were talking
about my hesitation of doing the business. “What if you had something that could possibly make other
people feel so good and you kept it from them? Is that what you want to do for people that you love
and care about?” she questioned me. I again felt like I would be somehow responsible and feel awful
for my friend if it didn’t work. “Do you think they are going to blame you or hold you responsible if
they didn’t get the results you did? Would you feel that way if your friend told you about Plexus?” Of
course, my answer was no. That is when it all really clicked for me that I must begin sharing and telling
people about these amazing products. I posted my before and after picture on FB and since then, I’ve
been blessed with a new business (that I can do from my computer and phone from the comfort of
home) and the awesome feeling knowing that I’m helping others. Will the products work for you as
they do me? I can’t say for sure. But I do know, you’ll never know if you never try.
Started products end of June 2013 and as of Feb. 2014 lost a total of 15 lbs., 20 inches and still losing.
Pain is almost gone. Depression and anxiety do not register. Sleeping through the night without Ambien
and Lorazepam. Not on antibiotics as of now. Maintaining energy and just feel happy and healthy!
