REGULATIONS
These regulations are currently in operation for the students accommodated in Kaunicovy Halls of
Residence, Králova 45, Brno.
The halls are open daily from 6.00 a.m. till 24.00.
All the information will be mediated on the information boards – including these regulations, the
internal code of the Halls and all the other necessary information. The board is placed in the lobby of
Kaunicovy Halls of Residence, Králova 45, Brno.
The building has created a system of access and security using contactless smart cards. When taking
each student receives an advance payment, smart card, an authorized entry. Is obliged to consult the
instructions on the use of smart cards, opening up and securing accommodation and common areas, the
instructions on the use of all facilities which are equipped rooms. Loss or damage reported immediately
to the smart card operating track.
All accommodation and common areas have a built-in security and fire alarms, so you must follow
a strict ban on smoking in all buildings around.
On tracks and is Year 1013-14 permitted the keeping of animals. Rules for their stay and the list of
permitted animals are appended to the operating procedure.

Advertising of visits, information and warnings to students at the college serves the local radio. It is
open daily from 8.00 am to 22.00 pm Local radio uses a responsible porter (s) in the case of strict

The total monthly charge for accommodation will be calculated based on the number of days each
month in the year. It follows that each month will be the charge for the differing accommodation.
Fees for resident dogs and animals in the rooms, electric appliances will continue to be billed as a single
amount.

At the end of accommodation and over. year 2015- 16 (at a different time than indicated in the
"Accommodation Agreement"), students will be charged for keeping the date of termination of
accommodation, which is always jednonásobek average monthly charge for accommodation.
After accommodation (on the date specified in the "Accommodation Agreement") is a student within
30 days of the repayment of any overpayment of accommodation, otherwise (in arrears) missing student
shall pay in cash when leaving the track.
If, in exceptional cases, students will have to his credit a sufficient amount of funds, therefore, not a
collection of accommodation, will pay for accommodation in cash in the office management track. The
principle and for payment of contractual penalties are specified in the contract for accommodation.
Bed linen exchange students are accommodated on a regular basis every three weeks, three days a week,
and this morning from 9.00 to 12.00 hours in the afternoon from 13.00 to 15.00 hours. Dates for
exchange of underwear will be published on the notice boards one week in advance.
Accommodation of students have the opportunity during business hours to save more cash and
valuables in the safe, which is located in the college office.
Cleaning of corridors, bathrooms and common areas is performed by staff daily from 7.00 to 15.00
hours. Students at this time, we will move on the track so as to endanger his safety or that of others.
High concentration of residents increases the demands on compliance with the order and cleanliness in
the rooms. Therefore, the following cycles of cleaning services for students:

Students, residents of the block B, will be carried out cleaning toilets and kitchens in the
accommodation cell.
In carrying out the emergency work on campus (painting, repair of technical equipment in the rooms),
students will carry out the works after their completion and carry out cleaning rooms.
Garbage must be plotted in containers located at the entrance gates of Králova Street. Colleges are
divided containers for household waste, glass, paper and plastics. Waste disposal company arranges
SITA Moravia as, Blansko.
Short-term accommodation for individuals - non-students used the hotel's floor side B - 5 NP. Shortterm family visits can be accommodated in the open bed in a room with a student. Dates must be agreed
in advance with the management track. Accommodation fee is charged according to valid price list.
During the night hours you can receive visitors only in the lobby - the reception area.
Students may be placed in the room introduced appliances for their functionality and flawless operation
of the bear full responsibility. The required fee for the operation of electrical appliances will pay with.
The fee is a fixed price list, which is located on the college notice board.

Iron and vacuum cleaner to lend to students at the reception following the presentation of college

Using computers in the dormitory computer room is allowed for students during their stay on track
without charge. Rules for use are published on the notice board.
The postponement of the custody and bikes in the area around it is designed bike, which is located in
the basement of Block A. Access to bicycles is permitted only with smart cards, on loan, on presentation
of card dormitory, reception. For damage or theft of bicycles stored outside of designated bike,
especially on an unguarded and publicly accessible land around which are the stands at the lodge, are
not the responsibility of colleges.
Laundry is also borrows the reception after the presentation of college standing and using the pay a fee

Students staying in Block B - the rooms have a telephone device adapted for receiving telephone calls.

General rules for pets in dormitories VFU Brno
Kaunicovy student dormitory, Králova 45

Resident animals for these purposes means the possession, care for them in accordance with their
natural rights, with emphasis on prosperity and a smooth coexistence of people and animals on campus,
therefore, not targeted breeding or raising money for enrichment.

The person taking care of animals is a person who keeps track of the animal (not necessarily identical
with the owner of the animal), this is for the person all the rights and obligations under these
Regulations. In the case of a finding of a specific person responsible for the animals will be penalties
for unauthorized possession of an animal at the college applied to all occupants of the room.



Is allowed to stay for all species listed in Annex 1 of these rules
At each Resident care seems to total more than 2 individuals of species of animals allowed (maximum
4 animals but the room) or possess an aquarium with a maximum content of 60 liters of water for
aquatic animals. Invertebrates Breeding is limited to a maximum size of the terrarium (60 liters).
Pets on Rails is charged monthly taxou:
o Aquatic Fauna: 60 CZK / aquarium
o Birds, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals: 35 CZK / piece
o Invertebrates: no charge

Pets on campus is allowed only after the report as authorized by keeping track KSK (allowance will be
drawn up, which will be housed clearly displayed in the room).

Detection of undeclared and authorized stay of an animal on campus will be considered a gross
violation of the Halls of Residence Regulations and shall be punished in accordance with college
regulations and the ban on keeping any animal for that staying current and next academic year.

No animals may suffer from diseases with zoonotic potential, or a dangerous infection for other
animals.

Stay all permitted animals is possible only with the consent of other residents of the room, birds and
dogs must also consent adjacent room (the room is a common side wall). Tenant affirms its approval of
communion with all of the potential risks arising from the residence of the animal in the room while
they waive any claims for compensation for any damage caused by bicycle or university. Consent must
be written.

Roommates may withdraw their consent at any time. If this happens, it is not allowed to stay in this
room on a given animal.

Stay the animal must be in accordance with the physiological needs of animals and the principles of
breeding the species, then the rules of safety. Staying in the animal room must not be damaged by the
equipment room and the case of other residents.
Breeding facilities must be placed in the room so as to avoid any risk of damage to the equipment
room, things other residents, and especially must take into account the observance of safety principles.



The person taking care of an animal must ensure that the rules of hygiene and peaceful coexistence on
campus, it is particularly required to prevent excessive vocalisation of animals, to prevent odor and
reduce the number of allergens frequent cleaning (non-compliance with these rules may lead to
expulsion from the animal's track and prosecute the person for the animal care).
Breeding facility and its surroundings must be frequent cleaning to maintain sufficiently clean and dry.

Cleaning of breeding facilities to the person caring for the animal to provide separately, including the
salvaging of waste in containers at the track. Draining the wastewater from the aquarium is permitted
only in the toilet, not into the basin or sink.

Feed a person is obliged to care for them kept hygienic rules, is not allowed for the feeding of breeding
animals (crickets, larvae potemníků, mouse, etc.).

Breeding animals are only allowed in the room block A - Kaunic student dormitories, the presence
of animals is prohibited on block B, in the common areas, particularly kitchens, showers, toilets, etc.

The room must be secured from animals moving freely (cage, terrarium, etc.), or under the direct
supervision of a person caring for the animal.

Responsibility for the animal and any damages or conflicts caused by bears only person caring for the
animal, not the college or university.

Insurance for damage to the equipment rails must extend to damage caused by animals (student must
provide their own and submit when applying for a residence permit animals on the track), or the person
caring for the animal liable for such damages in full.

Price list is compiled amenities, according to which any refund will follow.

For damage caused to the equipment room, responsible person looking after the animal room, where a
larger number of people caring for an animal in the room, to bear the responsibility together.

For accommodation of persons attending an animal need to carefully check the situation room,

All accommodations are required any problems with pets, especially their potential leakage or damage

the college.

enable implementation.


Besides these rules, a person taking care of animals required to comply with applicable laws.
(Including CITES, Law on protection of animals against cruelty, the Civil Code of Procedure of the
dormitory and operational track, etc.)

Appendix No.5
Addition to the general rules for residence permit dogs
VFU Brno on Rails

For dogs, stay on track general rules for pets in the dormitories with the following additions:
o Keeping track set at his own expense and had it two rooms on the 1st underground floor in
Block A, where sanitary conditions are suitable for dogs, stay on track
(They are habitable rooms, equipped with two showers and separate toilet)
In the last academic year were not intended for dogs to stay on the ground floor of the
dormitory rooms and block. For these rooms was a bathroom set up for dogs in the basement
areas - opposite the lodge, next to room A01. When the dog stay in the room must be
approved not only roommates, but both adjacent rooms.

Dogs can move only in the 1 A panel and the ground floor and, on a leash with the person
caring for them and mounted muzzle. Is a strict ban on dogs in the other residence hall areas.

Stay at the dog track is charged 250 CZK / month.

The dog must not be left alone without the direct supervision of a person and his care.

Room where the resident dog, must be identified.

The dog may be walking in the campus dormitory. The area can quickly go through the
animal tethered on a leash.

All accommodations are required of any violation of the rules (especially health) resolve
themselves immediately, or contact person for dog care, college board or management
colleges. Will be posted a list of people caring for dogs. People caring for dogs should jointly
look for potential problems, and deal with them immediately preceded them.
