Saturday, February 27, 1 -3 p.m. Tourtellotte Memorial High School, 785 Riverside Dr., North Grosvenordale, CT. Learn about the Tourtellottes, natives of Thompson, who built the Thompson Memorial High School in 1907-1909 in memory of their two daughters & tour the Memorial Room, view more than 80 pieces of art on display, and learn about the museum’s extensive restoration of its priceless art collection. Also tour the Ramsdell Railroad Collection, an extensive archive or railroad photographs and memorabilia. Donations are encouraged to help defray the cost of opening up the building on a weekend and for the refreshments.
