We will not hold a spot for camp unless the deposit is received. When is the rest of the summer camp tuition due? -Camp tuition is due in full no later than June 1st. If we do not receive your payment by this date, we will move someone into that spot. What if I register after June 1st for summer camp? -Both the deposit and tuition are due at the time of registration. Is the deposit refundable? -No, this is a non-refundable deposit. Is the tuition refundable? -Tuition is 100% refundable up until the Monday before camp begins. 75% is refundable a week before camp begins. 50% is refundable the day of camp. After the first day of camp, tuition becomes nonrefundable. How do I know my registration was received and my child is confirmed for the camp? -If you send your registration online, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours during business hours. If you send your registration via postal service, please allow 5 business days for email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation or any type of communication from ATA within this time frame, please call or email. If you have not heard from us please do not assume we have your registration form. How will information about camp be communicated to me? -All information regarding ATA summer camp will be sent via the email you provided on the registration form. Please ensure this is a working email and is checked often. What if I am registering with a friend or family member and would like to be placed in the same group as them? If you would like your child to be placed in the same group with 1-2 other students please make a note of this on your registration form or email Erin Zimmerman directly at erinzimmerman@academyoftheatrearts.com. When will I know what time/date my child’s performance is? The performance date is always the last Friday of camp. Performance times vary between 4:00pm through 8:00pm for “Onstage at ATA” & “Broadway at ATA”. For “Catch a Rising Star” performance times are either 2:00pm or 3:00pm. Do we need to purchase tickets? Yes. Tickets for “Onstage at ATA” & “Broadway at ATA” are $8. A ticket order form will be sent home with your child on the 2nd day of camp. For these camps seating is reserved and order forms are processed in the order they are received. Tickets for “Catch a Rising Star” & “Broadway Babies” are free and seating is first come, first serve.
