Separate briefings will be held for car
and motorcycle competitors, there will
also be a compulsory sign on sheet at
each briefing.
The officials will attend one briefing
each morning. During this briefing they
will be informed on the operational
process for the day and any major
differences between the car and
motorcycle competition vehicles.
Any competitor that fails to attend the
briefing will not be allowed to compete
in the event until they have been briefed
by the clerk of the course in the
presence of the stewards.

RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport will be
providing Incident Response Teams for
this event. They will have personnel on
site during the course build and at all
time during course competition. The
RACESOLUTIONS Motorsport
personnel will be staying onsite at the
Sailing school, this will allow for limited
after hours responses if required.
To control the vehicle movements in the
paddock area, a group of officials will be
dedicated to this area and will control
movements.
To ease space and non-essential
vehicles in the Eastern Beach paddock
a designated area has been assigned
to park trailers during the event. This
will be advised to all competitors via
pre-event paperwork.
Cars and Motorcycles will be allocated
specific locations in the Eastern Beach
paddock area. The motorcycles will be
in the area closest to the start line/
marshalling area. The cars will then
occupy the remaining area of the
paddock.
Any temporary shades that may be
erected during the event, are to be tied
down to the ground in a suitable
manner or they will be dismantled.
All electrical cables/cords/leads in the
event precinct must have the
appropriate tags as required by local
and state laws.
To control the vehicle movements in the
paddock area, a group of officials will be
dedicated to this area and will control all
car and motorcycle movements. During
the event.

work alongside the Paddock officials to
coordinate a smooth transmission from
the paddock to the start line/

The course will be lined with Water
Filled barriers in the following areas,
Start line and as a chicane in the
braking area at the end of the course.
These barriers will be lined and linked
together as per ADR guidelines to
ensure maximum strength during a
possible impact.
In the event that a temporary barrier
either Ironman or Water Filled is
damaged. The segment of barrier will
be replaced. The course will then be
rechecked for compliance. No
competition will commence until
compliance is meet.
Any barriers that require replacement,
will done so by personnel trained in the
installation and removal of the barrier
types provided.
Once a competition vehicle being either
car or motorcycle has completed the
course. They turn left at a greatly
reduced speed into Moorabool St, then
turn left into the Brougham St formation
area. It is anticipated that up to 100
vehicles maybe parked here at any one
time. This area will have dedicated
officials to control vehicle movements.
Once a complete group has completed
the competition course. The group in its
entirety will be released at a reduced
speed (approx. 10-20Kmh) behind a
course car in a parade formation back
to the Eastern Beach paddock. Whilst
the competition vehicles are parading
back to Eastern Beach paddock, The
next group will be assembling in the
start line/ marshalling area.
