Approval and Authorisation
Part A – Approval
I, Willem Rudolf Westra van Holthe, Minister for Land Resource Management,
under section 46(1)(b) of the Interpretation Act, approve each person from time
to time holding, acting in or performing the duties of a position specified in the
Schedule having the authority of the Chief Executive Officer of the Department
of Land Resource Management (CEO) to exercise the powers and perform the
functions of the CEO under each section of the Bushfires Act specified opposite
the position.

Part B – Authorisation
I, Alastair John Shields, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Land
Resource Management, under section 46(1)(b) of the Interpretation Act,
authorise each person approved by the Minister in Part A to exercise the powers
and perform the functions mentioned in that Part.
