Indian ports such as annual equipment servicing jobs such as complete LSA/FFA, gas detectors calibration/service, pressure/temp gauge calibrations, crane load
testing / servicing, Radars & other navigational equipment service etc or any Purifier, Boiler, M.Engine / A.Engine maintenance/overhauls etc. Also supply of
stores for deck / engine / cabin / lsa / ffa / medical / nautical equipment / publications / lubes etc. Any job we undertake will be supervised by our own
Representative or Superintendent to ensure smooth and successful completion.

Supply of Service Teams :
Our Service teams have been attending vessels world wide for afloat structural repairs, fabrication, generator installations, routine engine
overhauls, hydraulic equipment repairs and installation. Teams have also been sent for specialized jobs like turbocharger overhaul, crankshaft
alignment and bridge equipment installation. Our team of Engineers, Electricians, Marine Fitters, Welders, Fabricators Painters, Blasters and
cleaning gang can be deployed on board at short notice. Their stay on board can vary from 1 week - 1 month or more - depending upon the
requirements of our Principals .
Qualifications - Our service teams consist of National / Non-National CDC holders.
1. Superintendent – Class I or qualified senior – may not hold C/E rank.
2. Service Team Supervisor (STS) – Work experience is criteria having Class III / IV.
3. Service Team Leader (STL) – H as the experience and skills of a junior-level engineer. BUT he does not have any certificate. He will
have experience as fitter on vessel and engineer in shore-based workshops, marine workshops and may be in shipyards. He will be
fluent in English and capable of understanding instructions and translating same to his Team.
4. Service Team Fitters (STF) – Certified Diesel Mechanics with hands on experience on Lathe or Shaping machine or Gas cutting and
welding.
5. Welder cum Fabricator – Welder with or without Classification Society 3 G - 6 G Certificate or as required.
6. Riggers cum Helper – Experience riggers from Marine Workshop or shipyard.
7. Painter – With painting experience from shipyard.
8. Cleaners – Wipers / Donkey Greases with sea going experience.
Refurbished
We are a certified supplier of Refurbished Marine Spare Parts. Our core expertise lies in
the supply of refurbished Diesel engines, Diesel engine parts & other auxiliary
machinery parts.
Complete Refurbished Main Engines/Gen sets
The engines are stripped to crankshaft level, rebuilt and load tested prior dispatch. e
supply Engine mountings, critical spares and occasionally Governor, Main propulsion
engine spares including liners, cylinder cover and general accessories.
Main Air/Air-Conditioning/Reefer Compressors
All Compressors are refurbished with new replacement parts. Main Air Compressors are
pressure-tested for leakage and delivery. Aircon compressors are tested for leakage using
Nitrogen, for loading/unloading operations and for running oil pressure. Reefer
compressors are tested for leakage using Nitrogen and for operational oil pressure.
Purifiers
We regularly supply fully overhauled F.O, D.O & L.O Purifiers such as Alpha Laval,
Mitsubishi, Titan etc. A thorough inspection is done of the worm and worm wheel, clutch
pads and bowl assembly. Purifier is tried out for noise-free and vibration less operations.
We can also source other client specific items such as Centrifugal Pumps, Thermometer
& Pressure Gauges, Sludge Pumps, Weather Fax Machine, Flowmeters, Peak Pressure

Our Service Team / Flying Squad is ready to assist owners in installation of the spares /
equipment supplied. Our Engineers regularly sail with vessels to rebuild/overhaul
engines. Our Service Teams have been attending vessels all over the world for specialized
structural repairs as well as routine Engine overhauls. A team consisting of Marine
Engineers, Fitters, Welders and Fabricators can be deployed on board ships at short
notice and can handle specialized structural fabrication, pipe-work, boiler and sundry
engine repairs depending on owners specific requirements.
