Under no circumstances will C.O.D. deliveries be accepted by the Convention Center. All equipment and freight brought into the Convention Center will be delivered to and removed from the loading dock area or alternate delivery area designated by the River’s Edge Convention Center manager. Cancellation policy: Written or verbal cancellation requests received by March 31, 2016 will be honored minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after March 31, 2016 will not be refunded.
