Exhibit Schedule:
Set-up schedule: April 13th: 2:00 – 5:00 pm & April 14th from
6:00 – 7:00 am. Exhibit hours for Thursday, April 14, 2016
are as follows: 7:00 – 7:45am; 9:00 – 9:45 am; 11:45 – 1:15
pm. The attendees’ breakfast, breaks and lunch will be
served in the exhibit hall.
Fees:
The fee is $1,000 for an exhibit booth at MSHP’s 2016 Annual
Conference. Table assignment is at the discretion of MSHP.
Fees are payable in full to MSHP prior to the conference with
a completed Exhibitor Prospectus.
Included in the exhibit fee price:
 One 8’ x 10’ piped and draped exhibit booth
 One 8’ x 24” skirted table
 Two chairs
 One complimentary full meeting registration
 Invitation for one person to attend the reception/social
hour on April 14th from 3:45 – 5:45 pm.
 Booth Signage
 Complimentary product highlight listing on MSHP’s website
and in the meeting folder.
 One meeting folder (this will be given out at the
conference; please share the information with meeting
attendees)
 Lunch for two pre-registered representatives.
 Note: Additional lunches can be ordered at a cost of
$25.00
 Exhibitors will be listed on MSHP’s website on the Annual
Conference registration section.

Freight Deliveries:
The River’s Edge Convention Center does not provide storage
and will not accept freight prior to the contracted move-in
date. All shipments delivered to the Convention Center after
the official move-in date will be to the attention of the show
service event coordinator. Under no circumstances will C.O.D.
deliveries be accepted by the Convention Center.
All
equipment and freight brought into the Convention Center will
be delivered to and removed from the loading dock area or
alternate delivery area designated by the River’s Edge
Convention Center manager.
Cancellation policy:
Written or verbal cancellation requests received by March 31,
2016 will be honored minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received after March 31, 2016 will not
be refunded.

expressly releases the Minnesota Society of Health-System
Pharmacists and their members and representatives from any
and all claims of injury, loss, theft or damage that may occur to
the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or the exhibitor's
property from any cause whatsoever, except for any injury,
loss, theft or damage arising out of the negligence or willful
misconduct of the Minnesota Society of Health-System
Pharmacists and their members and representatives.
