Hire Costs

30% of Hire Fee is payable on booking the venue.
The remainder of the hire fee (subject to VAT @ 23%) will be invoiced, and
must be paid in full one week in advance of the event.
Public Liability Insurance
Public Liability Insurance must be put in place for the event, and is the
responsibility of those hiring the venue. Cover to the value of €6,500,000 is
required.
Capacities
Hirers must ensure that the Gallery’s stated capacity of guests is not exceeded.
The maximum capacity for a civil ceremony in No 5 South Leinster St is
40 guests (excluding the couple).
Catering
Catering arrangements must be made separately with the caterer. The Gallery’s
wedding co-ordinator will provide a list of recommended suppliers.
