Flooding Disaster Report 2013 On CRDT’s beneficiaries in Kratie and Stung Treng Problem Statement During late September 2013 to early October 2013, a large part of Cambodia’s northeastern provinces (Stung Treng and Kratie) were almost covered by flood of Mekong River. CRDT has kept track on its community family members who were affected by flooded disaster. 64 community based organizations (CBOs), which consist of 1,302 families and 49 Self Help Group (SHGs) consist of 562 families in these both provinces, suffered from the flood. Their houses and schools are flooded, and paddy rice and some main crops were also damaged during that period, and as of now we could not estimate the cost yet.
