I wish to apply for the following grade of Membership and use of Glencoe Boat Club
facilities for 2016 - please tick boxes as appropriate:

� Family Membership £105 Adult, partner and children under 16 yrs*
� Junior Membership £25 Members under 16 years of age or in full-time education
� Member’s boat storage £40 Compliant with GBC Mooring Policy
� Mooring fee £150 (If allocated a mooring space) – Membership also required
I wish to apply for a new/continuing mooring space for the following boat and confirm
that as a mooring holder I will agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Club’s
Moorings Association.
