Miss Black Eyed Pea Pageant
When: March 7, 2015 Where: Holmes County High School
Entry Fee: $50.00 Early registration will take place Feb. 21, 4-6 pm at the
Holmes county high school
Registration: 1:00 Pageant: 2:00 (0-6 year girls divisions)
Registration: 3:00 Pageant: 4:00 (7 & up age divisions)
Deadline: Preferred by Feb 21st, will accept at door (late fee of $10.00 after
Feb 21st). Girls Age Divisions:
Baby Miss 0-12 months, Wee Miss 13-23 months, Toddler Miss 2-4,
Tiny Miss 5-6, Little Miss 7-9, Young Miss 10-12, Jr. Miss 13-15, Miss 16-21
(Contestants can never have been pregnant or married.) Beauty
Competition:
We will have a Queen & 2 alternates per age division. The Queen will receive
a monogrammed banner, trophy, T-shirt, gift bags full of goodies, a gorgeous
rhinestone crown. The Miss Division winner will receive a $200 scholarship in
addition to the items listed above. The alternates will receive a trophy. Glitz
pageant attire only. Any contestant not placing will receive a participation
trophy/medal or tiara.
Photogenic Competition:
We will have one winner per age division. To entry fee is $10.00. The winners
will receive a trophy. You may enter two photographs no larger than 8 ½ x
11, color or black & white. Bring your photos to the pageant. Photos must be
turned in by registration time to be judged. Please do not submit photo
shopped pictures.
Door Admission: $5.00 per person Kids (10& under) are FREE.
(Contestants do not have to pay door admission.)
Winners will need to make plans to participate at the Bonifay’s Down Home
Street Festival held the third weekend of March. We have two fun-filled days
planned for you and your families which include black eye pea sampling,
games, a car show, local bands, and much more! We would also like the
winners to participate in the annual rodeo parade held in October in Bonifay
fl.

Rules and Regulations
The director, staff of the BDHSF, fire department, the HCHS, the City of Bonifay, or any
other person associated with this event is not responsible for any accidents, injuries,
damages or losses incurred at the pageant. You are responsible for your own
belongings. The judges’ decisions are final, and no refunds will be given. The judges’
score sheets will be available upon request after the pageant has ended. Bad
sportsmanship will not be tolerated by anyone, and as a result of such, your child will be
disqualified from the entire pageant. We are a non-profit organization. Partial proceeds
go toward the awards, pageant expenses, the Bonifay Fire Dept., and other local
charities. Good Luck to each and every contestant!
