VACANCY - Food Technical Graduate ...
TRUEfoods Ltd, Ripon North Yorkshire, has a vacancy for a food related graduate to begin work May/
June 2015. This is an excellent opportunity for a food related graduated who wishes to be technically
focused. The role will be a mix of office and factory based tasks and will provide a really good foundation
for a career in the technical function.
Reporting to the Technical Manager and working alongside an
experienced Technical Assistant and the support of external specialist consultants you will be supported
to work to BRC Grade A standards, and gain a working knowledge and good grounding in all aspects of
HACCP and GMP. Personally you will need to be a logical problem solver with a good eye for detail, this
coupled with good interpersonal skills.
Our product portfolio ranges from Stocks and Sauces, to Pates and Terrine - we never compromise on
taste. All our products are made the way any high calibre Chef would with no added flavours or
enhancers, just great carefully sourced British ingredients.
Customer relations are strong and valued ranging from; Waitrose (we produce HESTON from Waitrose
Stocks and Sauces), Whole Foods Markets, Fortnum & Mason and other high end selected retailers who
all stock TRUEfoods own Brand. Our wholesale market is diverse; Airline, corporate and leisure as well
as supplying a number of the UKs Michelin rated kitchens. We are very serious about what we do but
one thing for sure is that we all love great food and with this in mind.... compromise is not something
we accommodate.
In Past Years TRUEfoods has worked with 12 month placement students who have gained a really good
understanding of the Technical function - we'd now like to hear from those who would like a permanent
post. We have exciting ambitious growth plans and want someone who will be part of these, for sure
there is opportunity to grow and further develop with us.
