Preamble
HIET is organizing a “Science Camp” under INSPIRE Programme (Innovation in Science Pursuit for
Inspired Research) for the students pursuing science in class XI. The camp is being sponsored by
Ministry of Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India.
The objective of the Science Camp is to expose the participants about Innovation and Research &
Development being held in the various domains of the science i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
Biology, Zoology, Earth Science, Space Technology, Biotechnology, Robotics, Engineering etc. so that they
may nourish the curiosity in science; help them to think out of the box.
During the Camp various eminent Scientists/Professors for the research Labs and IITs nominated by the
Govt. of India will share their knowledge with the young participants of the camp.
There is no registration fee from students attending the Science Camp.
Eligibility
The Eligibility Criteria for the participants to participate in the Science Camp are
 Must be a student of class XI in science stream
 Not attended a similar Science Camp elsewhere earlier
 Must be secured the following grade/marks in X Board
o CBSE

CGPA-A1
o ICSE
:
95.0 %
o UP Board
:
72.6 %
