WILLIAM WEBB
William M. Webb - Rockledge - William M. Webb, 79, a retired Certified Professional Contracts
Manager from Boeing, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 at home. He was born in Vinita, OK and
came to Brevard County in 1962 from Tulsa, OK. Bill graduated from Oklahoma Military
Academy Junior College in Clare more, OK and earned a BA from University of Tulsa in Tulsa,
OK. He was a member of National Contracts Management Association (NCMA), Inducted into
the NCMA Cape Canaveral Chapter Hall of Fame in June 2008, Lifetime NCMA Fellows
Honoree. He loved being able to teach and help contract people to become more efficient and
caring at their jobs. He was a charter member of Rockledge United Methodist Church where he
was honored by the Rockledge Kiwanis International as layman of the year in 1978, and also
taught Sunday school for 15 years and served in many positions. He is survived by his wife of 60
years, Eugenia Webb of Rockledge; sons, William Randolph Webb (Robin) of Winter Springs
and Larry Eugene Webb (Susan) of Rockledge; grandchildren, Casey Catherine Webb of Winter
Springs, William Cole Webb of Rockledge and Elissa Jo Webb of Rockledge. Calling hours are
Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will
be Wednesday, June 2nd at 11 a.m. at Rockledge United Methodist Church. Interment will be at
Florida Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to Rockledge United Methodist Church,
