TO FUNCTION AS A BENCH CONSISTING OF A SINGLE MEMBER
DISTRIBUTION OF WORK AND ALLOTMENT OF DEPARTMENTS TO
BENCHES
In exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section (6) of Section 5 of the
Administrative Tribunals’ Act 1985 and in supersession of earlier Judicial
Notifications issued on the subject, Hon’ble the Chairman,
A.P. Administrative Tribunal, is pleased to authorize himself, namely,
Hon’ble Sri Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu, Chairman, Hon’ble
Sri A.K. Goyal, Administrative Member, Hon’ble Sri Deepak Kumar Panwar,
Administrative Member, Hon’ble Sri M.V.P.C. Sastry, Administrative
Member, Hon’ble Sri S. Sivaiah Naidu, Judicial Member, Hon’ble
Sri N. Janaki Rama Rao, Judicial Member, Hon’ble Sri L.Ravi Babu, Judicial
Member, Hon’ble Sri Motupalli Vijaya Kumar, Judicial Member and Hon’ble
Sri K.Ratna Kishore, Administrative Member, to function as a Bench consisting of Single Member and exercise the jurisdiction and powers and authority of the Tribunal in respect of the following classes of cases and also to sit in Division Bench/Benches notified hereunder and Full Bench as and when notified, for the purpose of deciding matters relating to and involving interpretation of the statutory provisions of rules, or any other matter to be referred to the Division Bench, and also matters remanded from the Hon’ble
High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the
State of Andhra Pradesh and Hon’ble the Supreme Court of India.

NOTE :
1. All Fresh Admissions, Admission After Notice, Interim Orders, MAs,
VMAs, CAs, other miscellaneous Division Bench matters arising from OAs upto the year 2014, and Final Hearing of OAs upto the year
2012, including cases remitted or remanded of the departments allotted to Bench-II, Bench-V and Bench-VI will be listed before
Bench-I or any other Bench so authorized by the Hon’ble Chairman.
2. As and when any Bench exhausts 2011 matters, 2012 matters shall be posted. In case of urgency, the concerned Bench may consider hearing of matters of the year 2013, after satisfying that there is urgency in the matter.
3. In the absence of any one of the Hon’ble Members of the notified
Division Bench, the notified list will be taken up by the other Hon’ble
Member of the said Division Bench, except the Final Hearing Matters to be dealt with exclusively by the Division Bench.
4. In the absence of any or all the Hon’ble Members of the Single
Bench (s), urgent matters of the said notified list will be taken up by
Bench-I.
5. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing distribution of work, the Hon’ble the Chairman could allot any individual case or batch of cases, to any Bench irrespective of Departments for the purpose of speedy adjudication and disposal.
6. This Notification will come into force with effect from
06/10/2014.
