All Fresh Admissions, Admission After Notice, Interim Orders, MAs,
VMAs, CAs, other miscellaneous Division Bench matters arising
from OAs upto the year 2014, and Final Hearing of OAs upto the year
2012, including cases remitted or remanded of all the departments
represented by GP for School Education (Ser.) and the cases
relating to Social Welfare, Tribal Welfare and BC Welfare
departments
and
matters
represented
by
GP
for
Higher Education and Housing (Ser.), GP for Energy (Ser.) and GP
for Finance and Planning (Ser.) will be listed before
Division Bench-I consisting of Hon’ble the Chairman and Hon’ble
Sri M.V.P.C.Sastry, Member (Admn.) or any other Division Bench so
authorized by the Hon’ble Chairman.

As and when any Bench exhausts 2011 matters, 2012 matters shall
be posted. In case of urgency, the concerned Bench may consider
hearing of matters of the year 2013, after satisfying that there is
urgency in the matter.
3.
In the absence of any one of the Hon’ble Members of the notified
Division Bench, the notified list will be taken up by the other Hon’ble
Member of the said Division Bench, except the Final Hearing Matters
to be dealt with exclusively by the Division Bench.
4.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing distribution of
work, the Hon’ble the Chairman could allot any individual case or
batch of cases, to any Bench irrespective of Departments for the
purpose of speedy adjudication and disposal.

This Notification
