In order to ensure the success of all 9th grade English honors students, we are creating a reading schedule. This way, students always know
exactly what they should be reading and when. We will be holding our students accountable for this reading in numerous ways, one of
which is a daily reading quiz. If a student fails the daily reading quiz he/she will be assigned to WIN that day after school to complete the
reading. Since the students have access to the reading schedule when we start the book, they should be able to budget their time
accordingly and successfully read what is assigned on time, every time. The pages listed on each day are the pages that need to be read that
night to prepare for the next day’s learning. Please sign the attached sheet to indicate you have seen this reading schedule and will help
your child successfully complete the reading assignments.
