Greetings: The Private Diagnostic Clinic (PDC), PLLC, is seeking candidates for its Administrative Fellowship Program. The PDC is the faculty practice of Duke Medicine. It is one of the first and the largest academic multi-specialty group practices in the United States. As a professional limited liability company (PLLC), the PDC owns and operates primary care and specialty care clinics in 10 counties in central and eastern North Carolina and southern Virginia. Through a diverse and integrated network of providers, patients have convenient, accessible and high quality primary and specialty care close to home. In addition to patient care, PDC members conduct cutting-edge research and train the future health care workforce as faculty in the Duke University School of Medicine. The PDC collaborates with other entities within the Duke University Health System to expand opportunities and advance Duke's clinical, research and academic missions. The PDC is recognized for having some of the nation's most talented and dedicated faculty physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. The reach of our physicians extends well beyond Durham County. Within the Duke community, we are known for having the highest Work Culture scores. The two-year (24 - month) program is coordinated under the direction of PDC senior leadership. The fellow will focus on project work that aligns the interest of the fellow and the PDC’s organizational goals and needs. Fellowship applications are due on December 1st, 2015.
