Fall Dance 8th Grade
Fall dance tickets will be on sale Wed. Nov. 2 and Thurs. Nov. 3rd.
Ticket sales will be from 8:45-9:15am in the 8th grade hall. Tickets are $5.
Student must have THIS signed permission form to buy your ticket.
Bring your STUDENT’S PTSA Card (with student’s name on the card) to the dance and
receive a free slice of pizza & a drink. PTSA will be selling drink, snacks, and pizza for a
small fee.

Dance on Thursday, Nov. 3rd from 4:30-6:00. I understand that my child will need to be
picked up at 6:00pm at the bus port entrance.”
