Ocean Drive Hollywood, FL 33019 Call Park Naturalist at 954-357-5174 Removal of dense vegetation and vines. 9 a.m.-noon or flexible times for groups. Additional hours available. 5-physically demanding No skills required. Areas have both shade and full sun. Restroom facilities located at Hollywood North Beach Park. Area has several parcels for vegetation removal. Individuals, small groups and large groups are welcome. Volunteers can work on the site once a week. Gloves, bags, and garden equipment will be provided as needed. N/A Dress for outdoor work and bring sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, closed-toe shoes, gloves, water and/or snack, cell phone. We will provide them with any personal protective equipment as needed and instruct in proper use. October 2014 TBD 3-4 hours/week-until project completion. Workday Volunteer Application needed prior to start of Eco-Action project. Volunteers must attend an initial training, which will take place on the first workday.
