Beef is approx.. $4.00 approx. hang weight, you pay processing. With processing Prices start between
$7.95 /lb. - $9.55/lb custom cut whole carcass wt. avg. 600lbs.
Pork is approx.: $1.90 lb. live weight. With delivery, you pay processing price starts @$3.40 hang
wt. With processing price starts at $4.00/lb.
Lamb 6 months old or older only. Lambs on hoof with no processing are $285 up to 80 lbs. $4.40/lb live
wt.@ 81 lbs and over. With processing avg $8.50/lb hg wt @81 lbs. and up.
Goat starts @$190 on hoof with no processing. With processing goat begin at about $7.20/lb hg wt
