The Holy Spirit is God

To refer to the Holy Spirit as it, is to attempt to strip Him of His
Holiness, Godliness & Divinity & relegate Him to a force of nature
Romans 8:16 & 26--The King James version incorrectly translated the
Greek word describing the Holy Spirit. The word is Himself and not
Itself because the Holy Spirit is God
The Review & Herald, March 24, 1896, "The minister is to show the
people how the Holy Spirit makes them one with Christ, their Divine
Leader.
When we speak of the Holy Spirit as a Person we do not mean that He
is a human being with a physical body like you or me. We do mean,
however, that as a Person, He has a Mind & a Personality
Scripture references eight attributes/characteristics and activities of
the Holy Spirit
1. The Holy Spirit has a Mind
Romans 8:27; Philippians 2:5
One writer describes the Holy Spirit as, "God in Action."
2. The Holy Spirit Leads

Ellen White: Our Father Cares, P. 306, "Every impulse of the Holy
Spirit, leading men to goodness and to God are noted in the books of
Heaven, and in the day of God everyone who has given himself as an
instrument of the Holy Spirit's working will be permitted to behold
what his life had wrought."
God is one in His Divine essence (intrinsic nature), yet He manifests
Himself in three Persons, the Trinity or the Triune God That is, God
the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit
Just as God the Father is God, and Jesus His Son is God, likewise, the
Holy Spirit is also God
