To register your child, please return this form by April 1 and enclose a deposit check of $50.00 per session
and Material/Supply Fee of $30 per session ($100 for All 4 sessions), made out to Greater Atlanta
Montessori School. The deposit amount will be applied to your child’s tuition for each session. Tuition for
each session is due prior to the start of the session, as indicated below. Deposits and materials fees are
non-refundable. Space is limited, and available on a first come, first served basis.

_____Half Day Program (8:30 to 12:30, M – F): Special Rate $675/month
_____ Full Time Montessori (8:30 to 3:00 PM, M _F): Special Rate $775/month for Toddler
_____ Full Time Montessori (M _ F): Special Rate $755/month for Primary
______Extended Day Care (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM ) : Call for Summer rate
(Students in the regular sessions will participate in all the Summer Camps automatically – there is a $100
non-refundable Materials/Supplies Fee for Summer School)

Session 1 – June 6 – June 17, 2011 (Two Weeks) - $450 and $30 materials / supply fee
Session 2 – June 21 – July 1, 2011 (Two Weeks) - $450 and $30 materials / supply fee
Session 3 – July 4 – July 15, 2011 (Two Weeks) - $450 and $30 materials / supply fee
Session 4 – July 18 – July 29, 2011(Two Weeks) -$450 and $30 materials / supply fee
Early Bird: 6:30am-8:30am - $175 per session
* Please note: enrollment and tuition rates will be for the full 2-week session (8:30am-6:00pm) even if
your child is not at school each of the session days or if your pick-up time happens to be earlier than 6pm.
** If you choose to pay for all 4 sessions up front then the total tuition will be $1805 ($95 less than 4
independent sessions) with a $100 materials and supply fee ($20 discount). A 5% discount will be offered
for siblings.
