*Note: The member(s) from State authorized by IRIA Hd. Qtrs. to coordinate
for organizing IRIA CME Programme conducted by ICRI shall not use
their designation in state in any of the stationery, banners,
brochures, certificates etc. of the IRIA CME Programme.
Please note that:
1. The first CME Programme is Dr. Gyan P. Lal CME.
2. The second CME is as Dr. Harnam Singh mid-term CME.
3. The third CME is Dr. R.K. Goulatia CME
4. The Fourth CME is Dr. Rajendra Rao CME.

Guidelines for organizing the IRIA CME Programmes
conducted by ICRI
1.
“CME Programme organized by Indian Radiological & Imaging Association
and conducted by Indian College of Radiology & Imaging” must be
mentioned in all stationery, banners, brochures, souvenirs etc.
2.
Registration Fee: To have maximum attendance in the IRIA CME
Progfamme, it shall be the responsibility of the authorized member of IRIA
in the State chapter where CME is being organized. The authorized
member(s) in the state can have Registration Fee in order to make sure
that members attend the CME programme after registration. The
registration fee will be Rs 500/- per delegate on first come first basis. It will
be refunded to delegates at the time of giving certificates. If he/she does
not attend the CME, it will be forfeited. It would be the responsibility of the
IRIA authorized member in the state to collect such registration fee and
refund, i.e. it shall not reflect in the receipt book/vouchers etc of IRIA.
3.
Duration of CME Programme: The duration of the any IRIA CME program
conducted by ICRI shall be for Two days preferably, but not less than a full day
CME programme would be on Saturday and Sunday.
4.
Delegates: For each CME, approx. 150 to 200 members are expected.
5.
Official Delegates/Invitees: From the IRIA side, its President/Secretary
General/Hon. Treasurer IRIA and Chairman/Secretary ICRI shall be the
official delegates/invitees/Faculty members. TA/DA shall be reimbursed
only to these delegates/invitees/faculty members. Accommodation has to
be arranged for these office bearers/invitees/faculty members.
6.
Budget: The total budget for the IRIA CME Programme is Rs 1.5 lakhs per
CME. If the expenses exceed Rs 1.5 lakhs, the same can be borne by the
State chaper where the CME programmes is being organized or the state
can raise the funds from the Healthcare Industry.
7.
Payment of Bills: IRIA HQ shall directly pay the bills to the vendors as
per heads as mentioned below, and the same should be signed by the
organizing Secretary (Secretary General, IRIA) of CME Programme and
Treasurer of IRIA for payment from the Central Office, IRIA.








Venue and Auditorium Charges
Audio Visual Expenses
Mementoes (For faculty/invitees)

Souvenir
Delegate Certificates
Flags and Banners
TA/DA (for official delegates/invitees and faculty members)
Accommodation (for official delegates/invitees and faculty members)
Statement of Accounts: A detailed statement of accounts of the CME
shall be sent to the IRIA HQ on or before the end of third month from the
date of organizing the CME duly signed by the authorized Organizing
Chairman and Secretary from the State for the IRIA CME programme and
the Treasurer of IRIA.
9.
Inauguration: Not more than 30 minutes duration inauguration is
suggested. President, Secretary IRIA, and Chairman ICRI shall be seated on
dais during inauguration.
10.
Scientific Programme: The organizing committee can finalize the faculty
with coordination of Chairman and Secretary, ICRI under intimation to
Secretary General, IRIA. Two copies of brochure of IRIA CME Programme
have to be sent to the Central Office, IRIA for records. Central Office will
publish the information of IRIA CME program in the Website and News
Bulletin for information to all the members of IRIA.
11.
Souvenir: The messages from the President, IRIA and Chairman, ICRI
has to be published in the Souvenir.
12.
Progress of CME: The authorized member(s) in the state shall keep
President, Secretary General, IRIA and Chairman and Secretary, ICRI
informed about the IRIA CME programme from time to time.
13.
No Liquor/booze at Dinner: As decided in the GBM held at Kochi, no
liquor/booze shall be served during the dinners of CME progamme.
