Interest: In the project, my interest is for the mobilization of land tenure in the local planning
policies. I want contribute at the local planning policies study in favor of sustainable territorial
development
Justification: Land resource with its social utility and its political dimension is a strategic stake
for the territory and for his durability.
Method: Tools of social geography.
Objects: strategies of actors; analysis of discourses during periurban area project
Asks: What are the methods of negotiation for protect open spaces? What are the decisions after
the negotiations? What are the representations of the actors? How the representations and the
values affect the decisions? How the choices of planning policies are contributions for sustainable
town?
Objective: to check if the protecting of open spaces takes part in the sustainable.
