*Please note gratuity is not included
*An additional fee of $10+ will be added to each individual total if traveling is
required. This fee is calculated based on distance and is subject to change for
Sunday and Holiday Weekend weddings.
* Brides wishing for a second hairstyle will be charged a fee of $50 per stylist
per additional hour Alexandria’s Beauty Salon remains on site plus the cost of
the second style. This fee is subject to increase for Sunday and Holiday
Weekend weddings.
A $200 deposit will be required to hold our stylists for the day of the wedding. This
deposit will be applied to the bride’s total service amount. This $200 deposit is nonrefundable, should the appointment need to be cancelled.
Wedding Day Logistics:
Styling at Alexandria’s Beauty Salon:
On your Wedding Day, the Alexandria’s Beauty Salon Team will work efficiently to
achieve a stress-free and beautiful day for the bride and her party. In-salon parties will be
provided with mimosas and light pastries. The bride must communicate to her party the
importance of being on time and properly prepared. One-day dirty hair is preferred, but
every person getting her hair done in an updo, half-up style, or curls must have her hair
already blown dry if she chooses to wash it the day of. Stylists will not allow time for
extra styling, so if such a case arises, the stylist will charge extra to blow dry or straighten
(if time permits) or the service will be forfeited and the charge will still apply. Please
share all prices with your party before hand and note that gratuity is not included in these
prices. The styling of extensions is an additional fee. Payment is accepted in the form of
Cash, Check or Credit Cards. The Bride is responsible for covering the cost of any unpaid
services. The Bride must confirm and commit to the number of services no less than 6
weeks before the Wedding Date. We can allow for one or two additions, however, the
bride will be responsible for the full price of any service(s) cancelled less than six weeks
prior.
Styling on Location:
On your Wedding Day, the Alexandria’s Beauty Salon Team will work efficiently to
achieve a stress-free and beautiful day for the bride and her party. The bride must

communicate to her party the importance of being on time and properly prepared. The
Stylists will arrive 15 minutes before the designated start time to set up and begin in a
timely manor. It is the Bride’s responsibility to ensure that there is a clean, clear area near
an outlet for the stylists to work. Failure to do so can cause a delay and may result in the
inability to preform all services. One-day dirty hair is preferred, but every person getting
her hair done in an updo, half-up style, or curls must have her hair already blown dry if
she chooses to wash it the day of. Stylists will not allow time for extra styling, so if such

Additional Information:
o Pictures of hair and make up styles are appreciated. Trying to describe what you
want without pictures can get difficult as stylists may be picturing something
different than someone may think they are describing.
o We use Aveda, MAC, and other high end cosmetics. Brides or members of your
party who have skin concerns should notify us ahead of time and may need to
provide their own make up.
o While Trials are not required, we do recommend that our Brides schedule one.
They are about two hours in length and should be scheduled 1-2 months prior to
the wedding. The trial cost will be the same as your wedding day as it is
considered a full service. We recommend doing this before a dress fitting,
bachelorette party, bridal shower or a night out on the town! You may put your
deposit towards the cost of your trial or save it to use on your wedding day.
