Q. 1 Are bidders required to provide line item prices for Lot Two and Lot Three?
A No, if it is preferred to provide just a lot total bidders can do that. In this case the bidder shall identify that all of the line items are included in the lot total.
Q. 2 For the de-construction phase is the contractor responsible for filling holes where poles are removed?
A Yes, contractor is responsible for filling holes where poles are removed. Holes shall be filled with sand and capped with six (6) inches of topsoil.
Q. 3 Do ground anchors need to be cut off at least three (3) feet down?
A No, we changed this requirement to read, beneath ground level, with the surface smoothed with topsoil.
