The Edwards Co-operative Education Program Awards Nomination Form Through the generous support from the business community, the Edwards Co-operative Education Program is able to recognize the outstanding contributions of several Business Co-op students. Canadian Western Bank Student Achievement Award: Two @$3000 Awarded to a Co-op student who has contributed above and beyond the scope of work and/or embracing the co-op spirit. Selection criteria may include, but is not limited to: Performance Evaluations Contributions to the employer - beyond scope of work Contributions to the university or larger community either through work or school Contributions to the Co-operative Education Program PrimeWest Mortgage Investment Corporation Award: One @$2000 Awarded to a Co-op student who has made outstanding contributions in the work place and to the Co-op program. Selection criteria may include, but is not limited to: Performance Evaluations Contributions to the employer – excelling at the Co-op placement Contributions to the overall co-op experience from admittance to work placement completion Contributions to the Co-operative Education Program Edwards School of Business Student Achievement Award: Two @$2000 Awarded to a Co-op student who has made a significant contribution in their Co-operative education work placement.
