Payment Requirements
I understand that I must pay for any day care in advance. I understand the
hours of operation and that if I fail to collect my dog up by closing time
(6pm) Fundays Dog Daycare have the right to make arrangements for
overnight boarding at my expense and will charge a late fee of £5.

Extra hour or part hour (by arrangement only) £5
We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Please note we do
not accept credit cards.
Terms and conditions – Liability
I (the owner) confirm to Fundays Dog Daycare that I am the legal owner of my dog; that to my knowledge
my dog has not been exposed to distemper, rabies, kennel cough or parvo within the past 30 days and that
my dog has been vaccinated as indicated or by records presented.
I understand that my obligations under the control of dogs act 1992 states that my dog(s) must wear a
collar and identity tag in a public place.
I understand that Fundays Dog Daycare is a facility that involves dogs playing off lead in groups. I accept
that there are inherent risks involved in this and that Fundays Dog Daycare will not be liable for any
injuries, illness or medical costs resulting from my dog’s attendance.
I allow and consent to my dog being photographed /videoed and understand that this may be
displayed/published or used in advertising/media.
I have disclosed to Fundays Dog Daycare all relevant information regarding my dog’s history and
understand it is my responsibility to keep Fundays Dog Daycare informed of any changes to my dog’s
behaviour, circumstances or health in the future.
I waive all claims against Fundays Dog Daycare, its employees and representatives, except those arising
from gross negligence on the part of Fundays Dog Daycare.
If any medical problems develop while my dog is in the care of Fundays Dog Daycare, I authorise Fundays
Dog Daycare to do whatever they believe is necessary for the safety, health and well-being of my dog and I
agree to pay all expenses incurred. NB. In the unlikely event that this happens, Fundays Dog Daycare will
endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, using the contact information provided.
I accept that I have read and understood the pre-requisites to group play and that Fundays Dog Daycare
reserves the right to refuse entry at any time for any reason.
