1. Use Chrome browser for best results. If you don't
have, download and install at:
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/
2. Make sure you log out of any other Google accounts
you use. Just closing the browser doesn't mean you are
logged out. You need to get to any google service like
gmail, calendar, sites, etc...and note the username in
upper right of page. Click the down arrow and Sign out:

5. Click on an application for review. Scrolling to the
bottom of the email will reveal attachment preview
thumbnail. Documents can be previewed directly from
browser in most cases by clicking on the title. (Some
files with special characters like check boxes don't
preview well...download and open by using the downarrow icon).
6. Rating form can be downloaded at the TLC Rating
Form Upload Portal (link found on WCSD homepage)
When Rating form is downloaded and completed for
applicant, it can be uploaded at the same location found
on District homepage.
4. Once logged into the TLCAPPS inbox, use the search
bar at the top to enter search criteria to identify
applicants by job type, location, or their references.
