In granting this sanction, it is understood and agreed that USA Swimming shall be free and held harmless from any liabilities or

Eligibility:
Swimmers must be currently registered with USA Swimming. NO ON
DECK REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must be
within the listed age brackets as of (the first day of the meet).
Entry Deadline:
Entries must be received by November 3, 2015
Entry Events:
Swimmers may only swim in IMX or IMR track. Swimmers cannot
combine events from different tracks. Any entries trying to do so will be
rejected by the meet director.
Entry Fees:
$8.00 Swimmer Surcharge ($3 OSI Fee; $5.00 Facility Use Fee)
$ 3.00 Individual Event Fee
Entry fees must accompany master entry form.

Entries:
1. Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding.
2. E-mail meet entries using a Hy-tek meet management software
.zip files to the above address.
Facility:
Indoor, 25 yards x 7 ½ feet per lane x 6 lanes. Starting blocks at the
deep end of the pool only (10 ft.) Shallow end is 3'3". The competition
course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C (4). Parking
available in the pool parking lot and in the school parking lots adjacent
to the pool. Concessions will be open throughout the meet. Swim
venue includes: Men's and Women's locker rooms with access onto
the pool deck; Open pool deck areas available for swimmers, coaches
and officials only. Facility is accessible to adaptive swimmers.
Restrictions:
TOBACCO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES and
GLASS CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING
VENUE. Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone,
is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms. Except
where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits
other than in locker rooms or other designated areas is prohibited.
Photography is not allowed behind the blocks during the start of a race or
relay exchange.
NOTE *
Meet times for Saturday and Sunday pm are estimated. We will email
coaches a more exact time as soon as the entries are in and sessions are
seeded. We reserve the right to combine sessions if needed.

Rules:
Current USA Swimming and Oregon Swimming Inc., rules will govern this
meet.
Safety:
Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures
will be in effect and strictly enforced.
Scoring:
Hy-tek IMX/IMR scoring will be used exclusively .Each time will be given a
point value; swimmers’ scores from all events in their track will be
combined for an overall IMX/IMR point total. Disqualifications will receive
zero points.
Awards:
Top 20 in each IMX, IMR . Top 10 boys, top 10 girls for each IMX and
IMR
Meeting:
Coaches' meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet.
Officials meeting will be held at 4:45 Friday night and 8:15 am Saturday
and Sunday (allow 30 minutes for the Officials meeting).

We always need and appreciate the help of certified officials and trainees
from participating teams. If you are going to be attending this meet please
notify the meet director. Please check in with the meet referee upon arrival.
A hospitality tent will be provided for coaches and deck officials.
Each team will be given lane timing assignments. Please designate
parent representatives to report to the Head Timer to sign up before the
start of each session.
WARM-UP PROCEDURES
Each team will be assigned a lane or lanes for warm-ups. It will be up to the coaches’
discretion on how they use that lane.
ENTRIES
1.
With submission of entries, the coach/team representative
attests that all swimmers entered are registered with USA Swimming.
2. Any swimmer entered in the meet must be certified by a USA Swimming member coach as being
proficient in performing racing starts or must start each race from within the water. When
unaccompanied by a member-coach, it is the responsibility of the swimmer or the swimmer’s legal
guardian to ensure compliance with this requirement.
