Students must sign in and out on registers at Student Reception
Students must meet their Teacher in the West foyer and accompany them to their classroom
Students will be with their Teacher at all times whilst in the Academy for security and emergency evacuation purposes
Students must bring their own refreshments as Café 54 will not be open
Should an emergency situation arise during a holiday period, a student or member of staff must go to the West foyer and ring the Caretaker’s
bell under the clock outside the Attendance Office to alert a member of Site staff that assistance is required. If an emergency evacuation is
required, this will be signalled by the continuous ringing of the fire alarm siren. The Fire Assembly Point outside of Academy hours is at the
front of the academy by the main gate. You should make your way there calmly and quietly using the nearest safe exit and ensure you report
your presence to your Teacher immediately. This is to ensure everybody’s safety.
