Dear Mr. A. Ibrahim:
We are pleased to enclose your 2010-2011 Net Rate Agreement with EgyptAir, which is valid for both
individuals and groups..
This agreement is valid for travel effective:
OCTOBER 31, 2010 through DECEMBER 31, 2011
and supersedes your current agreement, which is no longer valid.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT REGULATIONS FOR THIS CONTRACT SEASON:
1.
In order to maintain this contract we require a minimum yearly productivity of $1 MILLION
NET SALES for the duration of this contract.
2.
TICKETING TIME LIMITS are AUTOMATICALLY assigned thru the SYSTEM AND CANNOT BE
OVERRULED.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be granted for tickets NOT ISSUED BY TICKETING TIME LIMIT REQUIRED BY
FARE TYPE.
Please acknowledge receipt by signing and returning the original contract to the Sales Department. If
we do not receive the signed copy within (30) thirty days, we will consider the agreement cancelled.
Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS and the RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS very carefully and be
certain that your staff understands what is required when booking and ticketing EgyptAir.

Tickets must be validated on MS (077) only.
Tickets may be issued with either the correct published/constructed fare, or issued as BULK tickets, with the correct
fare basis.
Paper tickets are no longer accepted unless they are issued through our Ticket Office. A $25.00 fee is mandatory for
issuance of paper tickets if itinerary is NOT E-ticket compliant.
Mandatory to show in Endorsement/Restrictions box on Tickets:
a) Net Rate Seasonality Designator / Agent’s Agreement # with EgyptAir. for example:
(1) HH/A1-364 (High Season/ Agreement #A1-364 ) OR LW/A1-364 (Low Season/Agreement #A1364)
b) NON-ENDORSABLE / /NON-REFUNDABLE /VALID MS ONLY
The date of outbound travel must be within the validity of this agreement.
Commissions claimed must be repaid to EgyptAir on refunded tickets.
Debit memos must be paid immediately upon receipt. If payment is not received within a three month period, your
contract will be suspended.
8) Only VISA, MASTERCARD and UATP are accepted from Agencies authorized to utilize payment by credit card. Credit card
payment is limited to the cardholder and his/her immediate family members only.
9) Signature on File is acceptable for credit card payments, provided that there is address verification and CVV match.
10) This agreement may be canceled by either party upon written notice for any reason whatsoever, and supersedes any
other existing agreement with EgyptAir.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) All CRS’s generate ticket numbers when a ticket is issued. Ticket numbers must be AUTO-GENERATED, Manually
inserted ticket numbers will result in cancellation of PNR.
2) For Security purposes and to avoid duplicate name cancellation by our auto system we recommend including full names
(First, Middle, Last) as they appear on the passport, and passenger phone numbers (both in the USA and the final
destination.)
3) When EgyptAir cancels a segment booked through your CRS by the HX/UC or US method, you must action by either
canceling the sector or rebooking and adding the information requested by EgyptAir (i.e. ticket numbers, passenger
phone numbers).
4) If an e-ticket is already issued **NAME CHANGES** are NOT PERMITTED. The original ticket must be refunded – with
applicable penalties deducted - and a new PNR created. Name changes on individual bookings will result in cancellation
of PNR.
5) Schedule changes and updated information regarding bookings are auto-transmitted by our CRS system to your offices
on a Queue. It is the Agency’s responsibility to check the queues daily and to action these Queues without any delay advising passengers accordingly.
6) GROUP BOOKINGS: A Minimum of 15 Passengers is required, and deposits may be requested to hold space. Group net
rate is based on the specific booking code confirmed for group space (subject to availability).
REGULATIONS and RESTRICTIONS: WHEN ISSUING TICKETS, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY TO CHECK UPDATED RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF THE PUBLISHED FARES IN THE CRS AND TO ADVISE PASSENGERS OF SAME.

PENALTY FEE FOR CHANGES CANNOT BE WAIVED DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS.
NO-SHOW PENALTY PENALTY: $100 FOR ALL FARES.
REFUND/CANCELLATION PENALTY: $100 FOR B,M,H,Q,K -AND- $150 FOR V AND L class
PENALTIES FOR NO-SHOW OR REFUND CANNOT BE WAIVED DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS
Net Add-Ons are not available at this time.
ALL NET RATES ARE COMBINABLE – HOWEVER RULES OF THE MORE RESTRICTIVE FARE APPLY, INCLUDING
TICKETING TIME LIMITS.
EXCEPTION: “Q” FARES ARE NOT COMBINABLE WITH CONTRACT NETS, AS THERE ARE NO NET RATES FOR Q CLASS.
NET rates for the domestic flights within Egypt are only combinable with “K” and above. NOT with L/V.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED FOR TICKETS NOT ISSUED BY TICKETING TIME LIMIT REQUIRED BY FARE TYPE.
TICKETING TIME LIMITS ARE AUTOMATICALLY ASSIGNED THRU THE SYSTEM AND CANNOT BE OVERRULED.
