Look at ways of making the online booking and prescription ordering more clear on the website. Produce information cards for the waiting area about the online services. Carol Wilson Website updated Jan 15, to continue ongoingly. Being informed of test results, even if everything is ok Due to the volume of test results received each day, this would not be possible to do as separate phone calls, however there is part of the SystmOnline service that can allow patients to view test results, so it was agreed to switch this function on and notify patients that they can look there. Carol Wilson January 2015 Completed Children Toys – some asked for more and some wanted less as they were a risk of infection. After discussion with the practice staff and PPG it was agreed that it was important to keep some toys available to keep the children occupied, however we would keep it to a small number of easily cleanable toys, so that these can be cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaners daily. Poster to be put up in the waiting area to inform patients of this Carol Wilson January 2015 Completed
