Description
The office Desk shall be (240*100*75) cm,
constructed of 65mm thick veneered mdf with selfedges. The return shall be (200*60*70) cm,
constructed of 65mm thick veneered mdf with selfedges. The modesty panel shall be 18mm thick
veneered mdf with self-edges. The leg posts and
footings shall be octagonal shaped wooden post
construction with integrated raceway cable tray.
Panels shall come with aluminum covered wire
management base raceway capable of containing
electrical and telecommunication cabling.
The office Desk shall be (200*100*75) cm,
constructed of 65mm thick veneered mdf with selfedges. The return shall be (130*60*70) cm,
constructed of 65mm thick veneered mdf with selfedges. The modesty panel shall be 18mm thick
veneered mdf with self-edges. The leg posts and
footings shall be octagonal shaped wooden post
construction with integrated raceway cable tray.

The mobile pedestal shall be a box/box/file
(40*60*69H) cm pedestal, fully extendible lockable
drawers with handles and constructed of 0.8mm
thick melamine mdf. Base shall have self-braking
heavy duty casters for carpets or parquets.
The credenza shall be (200*50*80H) cm with one file
drawer on the left side, three box drawers at the
right side and two lockable hinged door
compartments in the center with shelf’s.
Constructed of 25mm thick plastic laminated,
particleboard inner core wood with self-edges.
The sofa shall be for the 3-seater sofa
(225/216W*85D*45SH*80H) cm and
(86/80W*85D*45SH*80H) cm for the 1-seater sofa
constructed from solid wood for the inner frame,
fully upholstered seats and back with polyurethane
foam and covered in pristine fabric. The sofa shall
have extra back cushions, wide comfortable modern
seating design, and ergonomically profiled tilted
back. The exposed wood parts shall have carvings in
them complementation for the overall finish.
The single seating sofa constructed from solid wood
for the inner frame, fully upholstered seats and back
with polyurethane foam and covered in pristine
fabric. The sofa shall have extra back cushions, wide
comfortable modern seating design, and
ergonomically profiled tilted back. The exposed
wood parts shall have carvings in them
complementation the pristine finish. Dimensions are
(86/80W*85D*45SH*80H) cm.
The single seating sofa shall be in high end fabric
faced finish. The inner frame shall be made of solid
wood. The seats and back cushions shall be with fully
upholstered polyurethane foam. Dimensions are
(86/80W*85D*45SH*80H) cm.
The seater sofa seating area sofa shall be a 3+1+1 set
(225/216W*85D*45SH*80H) cm for the 3-seater sofa
and (86/80W*85D*45SH*80H) cm for the 1-seater
sofa constructed from solid wood for the inner
frame, fully upholstered seat and back with
polyurethane foam and covered in leather. The sofa
shall have extra loose type back cushions, wide
comfortable modern seating design, ergonomically
profiled tilted back.

The three seater lounge chair shall be
(240W*68D*77H) cm perforated and ergonomically
formed from one piece 1.5mm thick steel plate
powder coated and rust treated for the seat and
back. Ties shall be 2mm thick powder coated and
rust treated and chrome plating for the arms, legs
and side casting. The table shall be attached to the
chair as a unit and of equiponderant dimensions and
material to the lounge chair.
The three seater lounge chair seating area sofa shall
be a 3+1+1 set (225/216W*85D*45SH*80H) cm for the
3-seater sofa and (86/80W*85D*45SH*80H) cm for
the 1-seater sofa constructed from solid wood for
the inner frame, fully upholstered seat and back with
polyurethane foam and covered in leather. The sofa
shall have extra back cushions and extra cylindrical
cushions on inner sides, wide comfortable modern
seating design, ergonomically profiled tilted back.
The sofa shall be a 3 sofa persons type

solid wood for the inner frame, fully upholstered

aluminum with four chrome plated upright and ties
with glides.
The meeting table shall be (400*160/100D*75) cm;
Top made of 25mm thick Plastic Laminated,
particleboard inner core with flat solid pvc exposed
edges and a raceway cable tray. Panels, ties, and
base made of solid wood with raceway cable tray.
Legs with adjustable glides. Steel sheet for the
uprights and supporting arms with a raceway cable
tray.
The meeting table shall be (160D*75) cm, Top made
of 25mm thick Plastic Laminated, particleboard inner
core with solid (0.3*0.5) cm wood on exposed

The workstation shall be a set each for two
employees, 25mm thick of high grade melamine
board desk top with 2mm pvc edge finish. High
quality aluminum alloy profile with oxidation
treatment on the surface. The electric outlet board
shall be easily installed on the surface of the
washboard to meet the wire installation
requirement. Fabric/ Laminate finished partition
panel that is 60mm thick, 300-500mm adjustable
high and snap fasteners clip design. Each set with
two CPU holder and two box/box/file (40*60*69H)
cm pedestal, fully extendible lockable drawers with
handles. The dimensions of each set shall be of
office standard dimensions.

The cabinet shall be (90*55*200H) cm constructed
of 25mm thick Plastic Laminated, Particleboard inner
core. Cabinet upper unit shall be of hinged glass
doors of 0.6 cm thick clear glass with a lock and two
adjustable shelves for books. Lower cabinet unit
with aluminum profile handles with a lock and one
adjustable shelf.
The carpet shall be 1 cm thick (0.5*0.5) cm and from
a premium branded fabric, tufted in a loop pattern
and texture with colored stripes. The installation
shall be made according to the manufacturer
specification and guidelines.
The carpet shall be (600*400*1 thick) cm for
rectangular shaped mats and D500 cm for the
circular shaped mats made from a premium branded
fabric, tufted in a loop pattern and texture with
colored stripes.
The Panels shall be from a durable solid acrylic
material in a clear finish with edge-lit LED, power
source with dimming controls wiring and easy to
clean. The installation shall be made according to the
manufacturer specification and guidelines.
The mast flag pole shall be a minimum of 220cm
height with a pedestal of a minimum of 30cm in
diameter. Constructed of polished aluminum or
chrome plated steel tube of an equiponderant
diameter for the pole and base. With all accessories
including the Saudi Arabia of an equiponderant flag
size made from premium fabric.
The roll screen curtains shall be of high quality brand
sun screen fabric that is 20% transparent. With all
accessories including an Italian motor.

Description
The trash bins shall be Rubbermaid commercial
plastic round trash bin with no lid, (25D*30H) cm in a
white color finish.
The kitchen shall be made of aluminum framework
(52.1 x 18.1) mm with groove in the middle to include
decorative aluminum strip. Internal decorative panel
to be fitted with HPL 5.5mm cabinet constructed
from 3 different aluminum profile section powder
coated 9010 polyester 65 microns. Internal Panel
HPL 3.2mm glossy with a matt finish. Shelve made of
aluminum profile section with HPL 5.2mm panel and
a capacity to hold up to 30 kg, connected with 4
large PVC L-Clamp. Each Kitchen / Buffet shall be a
minimum of 300cm LM.
The chandelier shall be of high quality brand with
arm configurations and in different sizes, dimensions
shall be not less than 120cm in diameter and a drop
of not less than 67cm, max 240v 33w in a polished
chrome finish or equivalent finish.
Each set shall include all necessary accessories
including (but not limited to):
 Six Break-resistant plastic wall mounted auto soap
dispensers with black color finish with key lock and
