Flu Clinics 2015
Drop in for your FREE vaccination. No appointments necessary. We are
holding clinics across the county. This list will be updated on a regular basis
and details of peer vaccinators will be available soon. You will need to produce
your Trust id badge as proof of identity to obtain your vaccination.
We also have a limited number of vouchers which can be redeemed at various
pharmacies/supermarkets around the county. If you are unable to get to a
clinic and would like a voucher, please contact flu@dhuft.nhs.uk for more
details
