Re: 2014-2015 NC Beauty & Beau Pageant
The Neshoba Central PTO is excited to begin planning and organizing the Beauty and Beau fundraiser event for the
2014-2015 school year. We look forward to your child’s participation this year. Attached to this letter you will find
Entry Form, Ad Form, and a Portrait Package Form. Due to much work that is required the deadline for the Entry
and Ad forms along with payment are due by January 9h. The portrait packages can be purchased now or the day
of the event. If you wish to purchase those pictures the day of the event please do not return this form at this
time.
The pageant dates are as follows and will be at the Neshoba County Coliseum:
February 23rd – High School Pageant @ 7pm Check-in time @6pm
February 21st – Elementary Pageant K-2 @11 Check-in @10am 3-5 grades Pageant @3 pm check in time 2pm.
February 20th – Middle School (This is the date set if we don’t have enough participation it would have to be
moved to February 21st) Pageant @ 7pm Check-in time @ 6pm.
The practice dates are as follows and will be at the Neshoba County Coliseum:
Monday, February 16th K-2 grade @ 6PM
Tuesday, February 17th 3-5 grades @ 6PM
Thursday, February 19th Middle School @ 6PM
Sunday, February 22nd High School @ 2pm
Registration forms and money CAN’T be turned into the teachers. You can send the forms and money in an
envelope and write PTO on the outside and have your child place in the PTO drop box located by the office. We will
put up dates on the school website and also on Facebook when the PTO will be at the school to take up order
forms and money. If you would like to come during that time to register your child, we will be glad to assist you
and answer any questions.
As many of you will begin to purchase or rent dresses here are the requirements: Girls must wear formal dresses
(No Church Dresses). If the child is in K-2nd grade the dress can be short or floor length, 3rd grade – 12th grade
dresses must be full length. All boys that are in the pageant will need to wear a Tuxedo. We look forward to
another successful fundraiser and a fun time for our children. Thank you so much for your support and help you
provide PTO!
