Delivery time:
Preferable delivery time is maximum (9) days after signed purchase order for all items. In case you
cannot comply with this, please indicate your timeframe for delivering each item.
Delivery Place:
All the following items shall be delivered to the Nagarhar provincial office (RSSAO) as per the RFQ Jalalabad City of Nangarhar Province
Price:
All prices should be in USD, inclusive all charges.
Payment:
Payment should be done by bank transfer to bank account of the vendor after complete delivery.
Validity of submitted quotation:
Submitted quotation should be valid for at least Thirty (30) calendar days.
Selection of the best quotation:
Selection of the best quotation should be done base on lowest price quotation, which comply with
minimum required specification and terms and conditions under this RFQ.
Purchase Order:
For the selected best quotation, contractual obligations between RSSAO and vendor will be set up by
means of Purchase Order using RSSAO’s standard terms and conditions.
Provision of written warranty:
Selected vendor should provide written letter that company are fully responsible for the Quality of the
aforementioned items.
