Assisting in the control & maintaining continental & Italian standards of preparation, cooking,
presentation & serving of all foods to SOP recipes, all within the HACCP standards of hygiene &
general kitchen sanitisation.
Make decisions on the quantity of food requisitions in accordance with the Resorts daily & forecasted
occupancies, & submit them to EX, Chef / Sous Chef for approval.
Make thoughtful & calculated decisions in the daily operation of the kitchen .



To read & organize the daily function requirements, Special Dinners, lunch ,and outside
catering, Birthdays & any required guest requests.
 To ensure all kind of food cooking times are adhered to & are correctly served at the best
temperature & condition.
 Assist in organizing foods from Main Stores, freezers & chillers as directed.

 Worked in the Kitchen Section in four different clubs of facilities and continental,Italian such as
pizzas, Italian cousin & pastas. which known for its excellent culinary and continental cuisines, as
well as its luxurious ambience. Owned by Qatar Gas and Ras Gas the largest Liquified Natural Gas
producer in the Middle East, the five star clubs are extensively used by 6,000 employees and their
dependents. Within the facility the companies host functions and events from 10 to 4,000 persons.
 Produced independently daily buffet desserts, good branch of the day, a la carte up to very high
standard kitchen.

