2015-16 ASB Package Plans
Listed below are several packages plans on popular items at the Student Store/ASB
Bookkeeper/Online Store. Payment plans are also available to assist parents with planning for
their student’s school expenses. Some items listed below are subject to a sales tax, which is
included in the price. There are no refunds on items in the packages. ONCE YOU
PURCHASE OR CHARGE A PACKAGE, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE ENTIRE
PACKAGE WHETHER YOU USE THE ITEMS OR NOT. Package plans will be sold until
September 15, 2014. All individual items in the package plans will also be available until sold
out/published deadlines. All a la carte purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase, only
package plans are allowed payment plans.
PAYMENT PLANS: This plan is offered to all students attending Herbert Hoover High School
who have a zero-balance on their school ASB account. The school will provide the items listed
in the promotional packages for the total cost listed. The buyer promises to make three (3) equal
installments based on the total cost of the package. The first payment is due at the time of the
purchase, the second payment prior to September 15, 2015, and the final payment (entire balance
paid in full) is due on or prior to October 20, 2015. All outstanding payments not received by
November 16, 2015 will be turned into a fine and a 10% processing fee will be added. Please fill
out the information on the back and return it to the ASB Bookkeeper when making your
purchase.

The buyer agrees to purchase merchandise and services from Hoover High School as listed in the
payment plan chosen by the buyer. The buyer understands that this is a contract. The buyer also understands
that the prices of the above mentioned merchandise and services is subject to change at any time, and that
after signing this contract, the seller will not offer discounts nor charge additional amounts of money for said
items to this purchaser. By signing this contract, the buyer understands and agrees to the terms of this
contract.
Buyer further understands that all outstanding payments must be made by November 15, 2015. If
not the outstanding balance will be turned into a fine and a 10% processing fee will be added. The buyer
agrees to pay this fine/finance charge should a balance exist on November 15, 2015.
Buyer finally understands that the student must satisfy the Dance Contract in order to attend school
dances. More information on the dance contract is published in the student handbook. Furthermore,
information given at the time of purchase may not be changed (sizing for apparel, etc). ALL SALES ARE
FINAL. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A STUDENT USES THE
ITEM(S) OR NOT.
