Applicant must attend TRTH meetings at the following three events:
1. A week-long course held in March 11-18 2016
2. The 21 th Annual EHA Congress in June 9-12 2016

Applicant must respond to follow-up surveys in the future.
Applicant must sign a statement of confidentiality before the start of the program.
Applicant must accept responsibility for travel expenses which exceed the allowed amounts and/or travel arrangements which are outside of the established policies and procedures of TRTH.

Submissions not formatted correctly and/or with missing or incorrect documents will not be considered. All submission must go via the online application system.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
If accepted to the program, applicants must agree to comply to the conditions of participation in the
Translational Research Training in Hematology program and participate in the following three events:
1. A week-long course held in March 11-18 2016
2. The 21 th Congress of EHA in June 9-12 2016
3. The 58 th Annual ASH Meeting in December 2016
Applicants must agree to respond to follow-up surveys in the future.

To vary representation within the program, no more than one applicant from any one program and no more than two applicants from any one institution will be accepted.
COSTS
There is no registration or application fee, however, by applying, applicants agree to the terms & conditions.
EHA and ASH arrange all travel and accommodation for the TRTH spring course and follow-up meetings as follows:
Spring Course
Accommodation, food and economy class airfare up to € 1000, are arranged and covered by EHA and ASH.
Follow-up Meetings
Economy class airfare up to € 1000 and three nights’ accommodation in a designated hotel are arranged and covered by EHA and ASH for each follow-up meeting.
The trainee is responsible for additional hotel nights and airfare costs above the established allowable amounts. Additional details of the TRTH travel policy are communicated to awardees upon acceptance into the program.
If there are special circumstances regarding the trainee's or institute's ability to cover additional costs, applicants are still encouraged to apply. The mentor should include an addendum that explains the financial difficulties that exist.
