GUIDANCE NOTES FOR RESEARCH LEAVE ADVISORY PANEL MEMBERS
Specific comment should be made on the candidate’s level of performance and outputs within their research leave application against each of the essential
criteria for research leave.
The above criteria is based on the information provided in Section 5 of the Research Leave Scheme Guidelines.
SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDBACK TO CANDIDATES
Any additional comments/suggestions which the advisory panel agrees would be helpful for the applicant to consider as part of their future development, and
any recommendation from the advisory panel for the application to be modified should be noted.
CONFIRMATION OF DECISION
The feedback report should be signed off by the Chair of the Research Leave Advisory Panel and will be held on the applicant’s personal file in HR.
