NARRATIVE REPORT:




Around 10:00am, the alarm was heard from machine side and all over admin and top
management building
After the alarm was heard, immediately most of the people started leaving their workstations
and proceed to the evacuation area.
After about 5 minutes, majority of the staff & employee already evacuated the building and
afterwards, receptionist started to get the attendance.
34 persons from Top management building had participated and logged in the Attendance
Sheet. While there is more than 140 persons from different department and offices went to
Drumpulper area to witness the Accident and Fire drill exercises.
STRONG POINTS:





The admin building evacuation alarm was very loud and effective.
Most of the workstations were evacuated approximately between 4-6 minutes.
The evacuation process was very calm. No panic was observed.
The evacuees are aware of the emergecy evacuation routes and exits.
Company has a public announcement system which can be heard to all telephones around
the mill
