Job purpose

To providing high quality, comprehensive administrative support to cover all our

• grant administration services.
To update and maintain the organ isation’s databases and website.
To manage and maintain NCF information and records.

Salary
£17,000 per annum pro rata
Contract / hours
1 Year fixed term contract with 3 month probationary period
Part time post @ 4 days per week , Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Job Description
Providing high quality, comprehensive administrative support, data input and be able to respond to enquiries from donors and grant recipients.
Managing and maintaining NCF information and records.
To update and maintain the organisation’s IT systems including the databases and website.
To assist and support internal and external communication activities, including events, mail shots and letters.
To regularly audit applicant files to ensure documentation is up to date and available.
To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Person specification
Desirable Essential
Excellent ICT skills e.g.
Word/Excel/Access –
Tested at interview
Minimum of 2 years experience of web data management
Tested at Interview
Minimum of 2 years Administrative experience
Experience of basic contract or project management and reporting.
NVQ level 3 Business and Administration
Understanding of, and personal commitment to, equal opportunities principles. Knowledge of diversity issues.
High level verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Tested at interview
Ability to relate well to a range of people
Ability to apply judgement and reasoning in complex situations
Self-motivation, with excellent selfmanagement skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
High degree of reliability and commitment
Understanding of the voluntary sector
Experience of preparation of publicity materials
Own transport and full licence
