psychological injuries. Provide Medical-Legal and Qualified Medical
Examination reports for psychological injuries.

Employed by Thomas Curtis, MD., Inc. Evaluated Worker’s
Compensation applicants and personal injury litigants with respect
to claimed psychological injuries. Provided Medical-Legal evaluation

Patient population included chronic mentally ill residents of inpatient,

Anxiety Disorders and substance abuse. Additionally, the facility
maintained an independent program for Developmentally Disabled
adult residents with concomitant mental illness or substance abuse
diagnoses. In addition to ongoing clinical services, I developed and
supervised the behavior modification program specific to the
developmentally disabled, provided staff training and supervision for
working with this population.

and assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and case management.
Patient population included those diagnosed with Mood Disorders,
Anxiety Disorders and substance abuse. Additional clinical issues
treated involved family dynamics, interpersonal relationships and
individual counseling.
Interventions used included behavior
modification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, Family
Systems Therapy and crisis therapy with a treatment goal of
maintaining an appropriate level of functioning consistent with the
abilities and goals of the client.
