***Volley for the Cure***
Volley for the Cure will be held on
Oct. 16th in order to raise money
for the Susan G. Komen
Foundation. The volleyball team
will be selling pink t-shirts for $10
and sponsorships for a minimum
of $25. To order a t-shirt or
become a sponsor, please contact a
volleyball player or the school.
Homecoming
Upcoming
*Homecoming week will be
the week of September 22nd.
*Students will be allowed to
participate in the dress up
days each week.
*Students will be working on
float building with their
classes throughout the week.
Students will get times for
float building from their class
sponsors.
*The Powder Puff Football
Game will be held on
Wednesday, September 24th at
6:30. All students who are
going to participate have to
have a signed waiver.
*Powder Puff T-shirts will be
on sale. Students must pay for
their shirts before they can get
them.
*The Homecoming Parade will
be on Friday at 4:00.
*Homecoming Queen
Coronation will take place
before the football game at
6:45 on the football field.
*The game will start at 7:00.
*Homecoming Dance will be
held immediately following
the football game. It will be
held in the Multi-Purpose
room.
**PTA Blast of Color
Run/Walk:**
Back to School Webinar
On Saturday, September 20th the
PTA will host their second
annual Blast of Color
Run/Walk. The Event begins at
the Elementary/Jr. High Track
with registration from 8:30
until 9:00. The 5K walk begins
at 9:15, the 5K run begins at
9:30, and the 1 mile walk begins
at 9:45. It is $15 for an adult, $10
for a K-12 students, and children
Pre-K and under are free. Tshirts are not included in the
event fee; they are being sold
separately. T-shirt prices are: $6
for XL and smaller, and $8 for
shirts XXL or larger.
Registration forms can be found
on the school website, or in
either of the school offices.
